1. Time schedule for resumption of work
In accordance with the "Notice of the People's Government of Guangdong Province on the Resumption of Enterprise Work and School Opening Time", the orderly resumption of work is required. Early resumption of work shall be reported in accordance with the "Notice of the Provincial Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters Office on Implementing the Early Resumption of Work Reporting System for Enterprises".
2. Epidemic prevention and control measures after enterprises resume work
Before resuming work, enterprises must establish an internal responsibility mechanism and emergency response plan for epidemic prevention and control, and purchase epidemic prevention and control materials such as masks, thermometers, and disinfectant in advance. And do:
(1) Report health status. Before returning to work, collect the recent health status of the employees, the residence history of the place where the epidemic occurred, and the employees' trends. To understand the health status of employees every day, especially in units with densely-employed workplaces or dormitories, a corresponding health inspection system must be formulated, and a dedicated person shall be responsible for strict implementation. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, or have recent history of contact with wild animals or fever and cough patients, do not bring illness to work. You should take the initiative to wear a mask and go to the fever clinic of the nearest designated treatment hospital. If you have a history of residence or travel in the place where the epidemic occurred, and who you have been in contact with after the illness, you should take the initiative to inform the doctor and cooperate with the doctor to conduct relevant investigations.
(2) Measuring body temperature. Use a fast infrared body temperature detector at the entrance to detect the body temperature of all personnel entering the enterprise. If a patient with fever symptoms is found, if a person comes to Shenzhen from the place where the epidemic occurred within 14 days, put on a mask, and notify the 120 ambulance to transfer the patient to the designated hospital. If they belong to other places, persuade them to go to the nearest fever clinic.
(3) Wear a mask. Purchase masks and other protective equipment in advance, and remind employees to wear disposable medical masks, medical surgical masks or N95 masks when going to public places, seeking medical treatment and taking public transportation; in open spaces, there is no need to wear masks. The general public can choose disposable medical or medical surgical masks for daily use. The following steps are required to wear them:
(1) The nose clip side is facing upwards, and the dark side facing outwards;
(2) Pull up and down to open folds, so that the mask covers the mouth, nose, and jaw;
(3) With the tips of your fingers along the metal strip of the bridge of the nose, slowly press inwards from the middle to the sides until it is close to the bridge of the nose;
(4) Adjust the mask appropriately so that the periphery of the mask fully fits the face.
When taking off the mask, take off the mask by grasping the elastic band on your ears, and do not touch the outside of the mask. The masks used by ordinary people (no fever, cough, etc.) daily should be thrown into the "other trash" bin according to the requirements of household garbage classification; if they are patients with pneumonia suspected of being infected by the new coronavirus and their caregivers, they should be treated or accepted When investigating and disposing, use masks as infectious medical waste for collection and disposal.
(4) Set up an isolated observation room. Each factory must set up an isolated observation room. Arrange single rooms and relatively independent rooms to set up temporary isolation places in the factory for returning personnel from the epidemic area. Individuals in quarantine must take daily temperature measurements. If symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, etc. occur, wear a mask and immediately go to the fever clinic of the nearest designated treatment hospital.
(5) Call. For inquiries about local centralized isolation sites or for prevention and control issues, please call "12345" or "12320" hotspots. For emergency medical treatment, please call the "120" emergency number.
(6) Carry out a patriotic health campaign. We will vigorously carry out the patriotic health campaign, strengthen health education, and everyone will take action to eliminate the "four hazards", promote environmental sanitation, keep the working and living environment clean, and prevent the occurrence of diseases. The environment and objects should be cleaned first, supplemented by preventive disinfection. Excessive disinfection should be avoided, and cleaning and disinfection should be carried out at any time when contaminated. The disinfection method is as follows:
(1) Surface of the object: For the surfaces of objects that are frequently in contact with countertops, door handles, telephones, switches, kettle handles, wash basins, toilets, etc., chlorine-containing disinfectants can be used (effective chlorine concentration 250mg/L-500mg/L ) Wipe for 30 minutes, and then wipe with clean water.
(2) Floor: Chlorine-containing disinfectant (effective chlorine concentration 250mg/L-500mg/L) can be used to mop wet with a mop for 30 minutes, and then rinse with water.

Workplaces, especially crowded workplaces and employee dormitories, should try to ensure natural convection ventilation. If natural ventilation is insufficient, adequate mechanical ventilation devices (exhaust fans) should be installed to ensure adequate ventilation. Air-conditioned workplaces should adjust adequate fresh air distribution, and clean and disinfect fresh air rooms and filters more than 2 times a week.
When attending a meeting, it is recommended to wear a mask and wash your hands and disinfect before entering the meeting room. The meeting personnel are separated by more than 1 meter. Reduce centralized meetings and control the meeting time. When the meeting time is too long, open the window once for ventilation. After the meeting, the venue and furniture must be disinfected.
